Why worry about lamb in the US.

There is a lot of data floating around on the Meat and Livestock Australia (MLA) website, and occasionally our attention is drawn to something interesting. Last week we noticed that MLA are now commissioning a ‘Monthly US Lamb Market Update’. It’s worth a read, but we thought it was also worth identifying why we need to know what is happening in US lamb markets.
