Slaughter weight anomaly may not persist for NSW.

A fortnight ago we looked at the ABS slaughter and production statistics for the first quarter of 2018 that showed average monthly NSW lamb carcass weights had been rising and trending above the long-term average, despite (or perhaps due to) the dry conditions. More recent throughput figures, however, suggest the record slaughter weights may not persist for NSW lamb into the second quarter of 2018.
