A good mix of forward trades and minimum price contracts getting set in the wool forwards market as the physical market finds some stability in the latter part of the week.
The 18.5-micron class saw a minimum price contract trade at a 37¢ premium for mid-April 2017 on a 1600¢ strike price. Continuing in the finer end, the 19-mpg category saw Feb 2017 trade at 1570¢ and two minimum price contracts for April traded, both on a 33¢ premium, for a 1550¢ and a 1540¢ strike price.
In the 21-micron class Feb 2017 had at forward trades were noted between 1370 – 1375¢.
