What about the weaker US demand? – February beef exports

Despite the softening US demand for imported beef in the food service sector and logistic constraints the west coast’s ports, beef shipments to the US broke another monthly record in February to hit 37,630 tonnes swt. Exports to other markets were relatively mixed but enough to see total volumes reach 106,054 tonnes swt in February, a record high for the month.
