Weekly Wool Forwards – week ending 23rd June 2017

19 micron from fine wool and 21 micron from medium wool category has been ruling the wool forward trade market for the past four weeks.

Interestingly, all the three 19 micron wool were traded at 1850 ¢ for August 2017. The remainder of the trades occurring in 21-micron wool class and ranged from 1425 to 1500 ¢.

In the 21-micron category:

  • August 2017 saw three trades at 1500 ¢
  • September 2017 saw two trades at 1450 ¢
  • December 2017 saw one trade at 1425 ¢

There were no minimum price contracts.
