This week Riemann traded in both wool forwards and options market. Out of seven trades, the former had five while latter had two.

The 19 micron wool was traded at 1850¢ for April 2018.  While the 21 micron saw action in 2018 at 1575¢ for January, 1470¢ for July and between 1530¢ and 1550¢ for March.

In both minimum price contracts this week, growers choose a strike price of 1970¢ for a premium of 85¢, set to mature in August 2018. This would give the grower power to decide if they want to sell their wool on a future date at the minimum price agreed upon.
