The lack of enthusiasm shown by growers to trade into the second half of the season was clearly evident this week. All the six deals that occurred over the week have a future date no further than June 2018.
Wool from 19 micron was dealt at 2020¢ and 1960¢ for April and June 2018. While 21 micron wool saw one trade at 1820¢ for April, two for May at 1795¢ and 1840¢ and another one at 1760¢ for June 2018.
There were no minimum price contracts this week.
