After collapsing in the first two weeks of August, WA lamb markets rebounded somewhat over the next two weeks. Yet, recent gains have not managed to offset the substantial losses seen earlier in the month to see trade and heavy lambs falling from their 97-98th percentile levels to 86-87th. Cattle prices have also pulled back from July’s highs but remain firm in percentile terms.
