Using mutton seasonality to anticipate live export wether values

We recently had a query from a reader around where we think live export wether prices might be in the spring. With a vast majority of live sheep exports originating out of WA, we’ll focus on that market today. Interestingly, much of our mutton analysis is directly applicable to the live export wether market, which makes sense as the stock can be directly substituted.
