Seasonality based forecast for lamb and sheep

As we near the end of the first quarter of 2016 it seems appropriate to assess how the market for lamb and sheep has fared so far this season. Using the average seasonal patterns, we will project price ranges on the Eastern States Trade Lamb Indicator (ESTLI) and the National Mutton Indicator for the mid-year peak under a weak, average and strong market scenario.
