Restocker lambs buck rising trend for livestock markets in NSW – monthly percentiles

Livestock markets in NSW, broadly, moved higher in September, with the exception of restocker lambs and mutton. Record export cattle prices and the falling A$ has assisted cattle prices despite higher supply, with percentiles greater than 78% and, in many cases, around 98-99%. Sheep and lamb prices, albeit higher month-on-month, are tracking around the 69-78th percentile mark.
