Processor margin hanging in there

The updated Mecardo processor margin cut-out model for July 2017 shows the third month in a row posting a profit per head of beasts going through the meat works. The processor margin narrowing slightly, but still in the black at an average of $19.75 per head for the month. Not a bad result considering we are at a time of the season when margins often dip into the red.
