NSW livestock markets pull back in February - monthly percentiles

After a strong performance in January and early February, the positive momentum waned to see NSW livestock markets retreat by the end of last month. Although all finished cattle categories remain in their 99th percentile in NSW, prices eased 30-45¢, or 7-10%, in the last three weeks. Lamb markets also eased considerably in mid-February before regaining some ground in the last week of the month.
