The Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) released its November slaughter figures last week, with lamb and sheep slaughter trends clearly running in line with previous southern Australian dry springs. For both lambs and sheep, this illustrates the finite supply of stock for slaughter, and gives some indication of what we can expect as we move through 2015.
