Northern grain production looks particularly low – Graincorp delivery analysis

Graincorp’s harvest update paints a clear picture of the poor state of grain production in the northern parts of the east coast. In Queensland, grain deliveries are around 50% below the levels seen in 2011/12 and 2012/13, at only 761,100 tonnes. In northern NSW, numbers are 50% and 75% below 2011/12 and 2012/13, respectively. Will the south make up for the northern shortfalls?
