Little action in February WASDE, with market looking to 15-16

The February World Agricultural Supply and Demand Estimates (WASDE) were largely benign as they wait to see what the spring thaw and sowing season will bring. Wheat stocks were up marginally, while oilseeds were down. Markets finished marginally lower for wheat and corn and oilseeds a little higher following the release.
