Lamb exports thrive on cheaper and abundant supply in 2012/13

Australian lamb exports in June dropped from the record May levels but were still 6% higher than in June 2012. At the end of the 2012/13 fiscal year, more than 200,000 tonnes swt were exported, smashing the previous record set in 2011/12 by 15.4% while also being 24.5% above the 5-year average of 161,150 tonnes swt.
