The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) released their 2018 cattle market outlook which projects demand, supply and prices into the coming decade. Last week we took a look at how the forecast production ratio and the revised cattle cycle outlook may have an impact upon cattle price spreads between the USA and Australia – this week the focus is on the Eastern Young Cattle Indicator (EYCI) forecasts to 2020.
