Fine wool surprise

AWTA core test volumes were up 11.6% (farm bales) in March compared to March 2014. For the three months to March, volumes were up a more sedate 1.1% and they are running about par for the season to date. While the jump in the March volumes is probably part of the normal volatility in monthly wool volumes, some of the changes by micron category are interesting. This article looks at the changes by micron category more closely.
