Could 2014 turn out to be worse than 2013 for northern markets

After a brief period of hope in February, Queensland’s rainfall has continued to disappoint since the start of the month. As a result, the recent positive price momentum seems to have waned. Should seasonal conditions in the north remain at below average levels, northern cattle markets look likely to repeat the dreary performance of 2013.
