Canola can’t quite get to $500 - what to do?

Canola prices are not all that exciting at the moment. That said, they are well above where they were during the northern hemisphere oilseed harvest last year. Given that oilseed crops are being planted in the northern hemisphere without too many issues, it begs the question as to whether some cover should be taken against market downside that might occur in the spring.
