A review of Australian lamb offtake

In February, Mecardo looked at a model of the lamb offtake (the annual number of lambs sent to abattoirs as a proportion of the flock size), which used flock structure data to explain the changing lamb offtake in the Australian sheep flock. This article uses a simplified model to explain the lamb offtake, which has the additional advantage of providing some forecasting ability.
